Shift’s pricing and ticketing structure aims to reduce financial barriers to attendance through our Equity Pass Program, an event scholarship and financial assistance fund.

In order to increase accessibility and do our small part in leveling the playing field for entrepreneurs, we invite Black, Indigenous and people of color, trans and gender non-conforming people, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ people, people who live on a low or fixed income, and people with intersectional marginalized identities to apply for an Equity Pass. We will also have limited Equity Passes available for people who don't hold these identities, but who are facing financial barriers to purchasing a pass at full rate.
